The goal isn’t to assign blame. It is to understand and from understanding, to repair.

I work with all couples, including same-sex couples, neurodivergent couples and those from diverse cultural backgrounds. You are all welcomed here

Present and Direct

I am not a passive observer, I’ll name what I see and hold the space even when conversations get difficult.

Pattern-Focused

Using Transactional Analysis, we will look at how you communicate, what you avoid and what is not yet being said.

There is a shape to the work. The sessions have direction, so your time together is purposeful

Assessment

We meet together for an inital assessment to understand what you both believe to be the issue in the relationship.

This is a 1 hour assessment before we contract to work together.

Ongoing Sessions

Regular weekly, or fortnightly sessions working towards the understanding and changes you’re looking for.
