Group Therapy.
Twelve sessions. Eight people. One space where your patterns finally have somewhere to go.
Most people arrive in therapy already knowing quite a lot about their patterns. What's harder is catching them while they're happening and having somewhere safe to bring that in real time.
This is a closed, 12-week online group, starting October 2026, for people ready to explore not just what they think and feel, but how they relate.
Is This For You?
You don't need "group therapy experience" to be ready for this
Whether you've done individual therapy before, or you've simply noticed the same relational pattern keeps showing up wherever you go, this group is a place to bring that directly into the room, with others, rather than working it through alone.
Because this group meets weekly over an extended period, it works best for people who are in a settled enough place to engage consistently.
If you're currently in crisis, please visit your local crisis centre or call 999.
The goal isn't to fix you. It's to give your patterns somewhere real to show up — and shift.
What to expect
Closed and consistent: The same people for 12 sessions. No one joins late once we begin.
Process-led: There is no fixed topic. What happens in the group is guided by what’s alive between us that week.
TA-Informed: Using Transactional Analysis, we’ll notice the roles people fall into, the patterns that repeat, and what’s not yet being said.
Lets get started:
First, book a screening call to assess readiness for group therapy. Use the contact form below to arrange.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all.
We'll talk it through on the screening call so you know what to expect.
-
Because it's a closed group working with a live process, consistent attendance matters. This is something to discuss on the screening call.
-
Yes. This is highlighted within the group agreements, which everyone commits to at the start. This comes with the same standard limits as individual therapy (such as risk to yourself or others).
-
One-to-one work is just you and me. A group brings other people's perspectives and real-time relational dynamics into the room. The screening call is where we work out if that's what you're looking for.
